How to become a member?
You can directly register on line or by filling an application and submit along with the membership fee.
Membership validity?
12 months with auto renewal subject to the request or as per the selected period in the application.
Mode of payment?
DD/Cheque /Credit Card/ Bank transfer
How to know the membership is confirmed and the documents available along with the confirmation?
We will intimate the confirmation to your registered mail on realization of payment. You will receive the Welcome kit which includes the complimentary stay voucher, Merchandize Card and Marketing Materials like brochures, flayers, etc.
Can I open a joint membership with my friend/family?
No
Can I join membership in the name of a business firm?
Yes, but the authorization letter or resolution passed by the company in favor of the authorized person should be available along with the application form.
Can other person reserve the room using my membership?
YES, anyone can use your membership number to book the room. Please refer the terms of reservation policy.
Is the membership fee refundable?
No
How do I update my new address?
Inform to the office immediately through your registered email ID or send us your request with details by registered post.
Can I transfer my membership?
No
Can I nominate?
Yes only one person, but cannot be changed during the membership period.
Can I upgrade my Card membership?
Yes, you can pay difference of membership deposit or redeem reward points. Please refer general terms & conditions.
How do I earn reward Points?
Each booking made by you or booking by any other person using your membership number would enable you to earn reward points.
Can I get a duplicate card if it lost or damaged or stolen?
It will be provided against written request by the card member at a charge of 25 redeem points or equal amount (1 point=Rs.100/-), which will be debited from your account.
Can I access the Membership program through internet?
Yes
Can I make bookings for my company using the membership?
Yes, anyone can use your membership number to make the reservation.
How do I get to know the status of my reward points?
A Monthly statement will be sent to you if you have recorded any activity in your account during the specified month or we will provide you a tracking & management area, which will show in real time all activity on your site.
How do I redeem?
You can redeem your points by logging on to website or please contact Merchandize service centre.
Does the company assist me in marketing?
Yes, Personal training at our office or can download the marketing materials from the website.
How shall I renew a Membership?
By retaining the Membership fee or redeeming the required reward points.
Can I redeem partial reward points for renewal?
No
Do you make automatic renewal if I have sufficient reward points?
YES, if it is mentioned in the application form.
How can I terminate my membership?
After 12 months from the date of membership by submitting /sending your membership certificate to our office with cancellation request.
Can I redeem the unutilized reward points after the membership period?
Yes, but you should be a member during the redemption time.
