Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions set forth
the contractual agreement between Ilona Hospitalities Private
Limited (“Ilona“) and the member (as such term is defined
hereinafter).Applicants are advised to read these terms and
conditions prior to making an application for membership of the
ILONA Merchandize.
Membership and Enrolment
- Membership can be availed by any individual above 18 years, travel agents, and companies.
- "Member" means a member of the Ilona Merchandize.
- Card" refers to the Ilona Merchandize membership card.
- “Points" means the award given to a member for utilizing the services or facilities of the Ilona Merchandize "Reward" is the benefit and/or service that a member can avail of through exchange of his/her points.
- The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card. Membership card is non-transferable.
- All facility mentioned in the membership pack are valid for use at Ilona Lake Resort only, and are for one time usage only and have to be utilized in full..
- All communication will be mailed to the mailing address (postal or email) given in the enrolment form and it is the responsibility of the member to inform the Member Services about any change in his/her address. All communication will be deemed to have been received by the member and Ilona bears no responsibility for communication not received or lost in the mail or courier.
- In case reward points are inadvertently missed out, the members must claim within one month from the date of transaction.
- Membership to the program is offered at the sole discretion of Ilona Merchandize Department and may refuse Membership to any person without assigning any reasons.
- Ilona Merchandize membership application can be submitted by email /fax/person by using the enrolment form to Merchandize Department with the requisite membership fee.
- The payment can be made in Indian Currency or any equivalent foreign currency. Cheque / demand drafts for payment of membership fee shall be drawn in favor of “ILONA HOSPITALITIES PRIVATE LIMITED payable at Bangalore. Also can make payment by bank transfer or RTGS to our bank account.
- Membership is subject to realization of payment made and confirmation by our Merchandize accounts department.
- A membership shall be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership number / card. Members can log in the program with their provided log in ID and password.
- The ILONA Merchandize membership is not transferable.
- If any members acting against the interest of the company/program/ resort business activities such membership can lead into cancellation without assigning any specific reasons.
- The members can update their details through online in “My Account” page or directly send email to IMP Customer Service.
Membership Validity and Renewal
- Memberships are valid for twelve months and reviewed one month prior to expiry date.
- Merchandize Membership Centre shall give prior intimation for renewal of membership.
- Renewal Membership Fee is same as Membership registration Fee.
- The member can either redeem points or pay membership fee based on its class status for renewal.
- Membership class Status and category of resort booked determines the reward points awarded. The member can any time opt for up-gradation of his class status either by paying additional membership fee or by redeeming equivalent points @Rs.100/- per point. Renewal of membership by using reward points as below.
Red Card 100 reward points required
Green Card 200 reward points required
- No member can move down from a higher tier status to a lower tier status.
Earning Reward Points and Reward Points Calculation
- The below table shows the reward points available for one night/day stay against each booking of the accommodation in the ILONA Lake Resort. The booking will be considered for reward points after successful completion of stay. In case of cancellation reward points will not be credited to the member account.
- To earn reward points, the member must quote the Membership Number while making the reservation.
Redemption of Reward points
- The member can make resort reservation using available reward points from their account subject to availability of the accommodation on the specified date.
- The luxury tax at actual on published tariff applicable for reservation made using reward points.
- Redemption of Points can be used for the card member or their friends and relatives.
Redemption of Points for Gift Vouchers
- The member can redeem points for exclusive Gift vouches at any time during the membership period by making a written request to the Merchandize Department.
- Gift Vouchers shall be issued at Rs.100/- per Reward Point and can be used for various resort activities like Travel Desk, Spa, Gift Shop, Local Sightseeing, Boat Cruise, Food & Beverages, etc.
- Gift Voucher must be redeemed at one time and in full. A part of its value cannot be carried forward or refunded in Cash.
Vouchers
- Complimentary Gift & Upgrade Vouchers are not valid during 20th December to 05th January.
- All the applicable taxes have to be paid by the member while using the Vouchers.
- Member has to verify and get printed/email/fax confirmation from the reservation department before reaching the Resort for using the Vouchers to avoid delay in check in process.
Discounts
- Discounts are not applicable for Special packages and Tariff rate during 20th December to 05th January, however reward points are available if member book the accommodation in published rate.
- Ilona Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd will not be liable to replace Vouchers that are lost or stolen. No credit will be given for lost or stolen Vouchers.
- Ilona Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or alter the terms and conditions as applicable to this program at any time, without giving notice.
- All government levies or taxes wherever applicable, will be payable by the member/bearer of the Gift or Complimentary Vouchers.
- Any dispute hereunder will be governed by Indian Law and subject to jurisdiction of the court in Bangalore Court only.
Limitation and liability
The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law. Ilona Hospitalities Private Limited and the member irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Bangalore to resolve any disputes that may arise out or in conjunction with Ilon Loyalty Program.
