Policies

• Rates applicable for Single/Double per night with breakfast.
• All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  Check in: 1300 hrs; Early arrival is subject to availability.
• For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
• Check out: 11:00 noon: Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
• All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking.
• All major credit cards are accepted (Except American Express).
• The resort will confirm your reservation within 24 hours of receipt of complete information.
• Cancellation: Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
• Any cancellation received within 48 hours prior to arrival, will be subject to retrieval of one night room charge.
• Rates are applicable from March to September and published tariff is subject to change without
  prior notice.
• The special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during the
  blackout periods.
• Two children among 8 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge.
• For two children between 8 and 12 years with 40% of the parent's applicable room rate and
  above 12 years with 60% of the tariff in the same room.
• No pets are allowed in the resort premises.
